Antonio, owner and Head Chef at Unica Cucina, hails from humble background from a small seaside town in Reggio Calabria, Roccella.
At 15 Antonio made the decision to run away to the "Big City", Milano, and from there his first adventure began.
Working in some of the finest restaurants, alongside some of the finest Chefs in Milan, Antonio learned the ropes and by age 25 was well know by the who's who of Milan.
Antonio went on to own 2 Milanese restaurants specialising in Seafood and Meat, but has never forgotten his humble beginnings.
Unica is Antonio's first Australian venture, alongside his partner Michelle who is of Italo Australian background.
Together they hope to bring the flavours of Italy to the seaside town of Rosebud West and hope that you come along to share their journey.
