Friday 23rd 2026 what a night it was ! Over 100 people came to Unica to eat, sing and dance to the tunes of Southern Italy lead by Rosa Voto-Ustrale of the Melbourne School of Tarantella and her band.
The perfect beginning to the long Weekend.
Come and join us with the fabulous Pia Gava teaching us all how to make pasta from start to finish.
From 12pm you will be taken on a journey of tradition along with a lot of fun - with a sneaky glass of Prosecco to start it all off!
Following the class, you will have the chance to eat all of the yumminess and devour.a few extras prepared by Chef.
