Chef will take you on the journey of his secret ingredients, his perfect rice, the yummiest sauce , just how to roll the the perfect size - and once you have the hang of it - you will be rolling like a pro.
All the local Nonna’s will be there to oversee the process and folk singer Elvira Andreoli will be strumming her guitar to perfection to set the mood of Southern Italy.
Arancini making will be followed by lunch - 3 courses - and afternoon of story telling, music and fun.
